“This is my second time having to get braces and I can say this is by far the BEST orthodontist I’ve attended. The scheduling process for new patients was very simple and accurate. The staff is very friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and ready to help. They even recommend a dentist more local to me. What I love the most that’s very different from the last place I attended, they tell you what they’re doing and what’s going on. I’m a very curious person when it comes to my health and dental care. So, to not have to ask and for them to tell me, hey were putting on a stronger wire at the top and the reason we aren’t changing the bottom wire yet was a plus. Dr. Crawford is very mannerable and doesn’t just sit in his office all day. He’s active with his staff and clientele. Also!! Shout out to Kayla for my card you all mailed me 🫶🏾! I learned the hard way that moving and changing providers for ortho care meant a new bill but I didn’t hold it against them Lol! Each time we went they were friendly, prompt, and thorough!
