“My daughter had tooth extraction appointment on Monday and she needed to take her wire off on same day before extraction. They made special exception for us and let us come to Franklin location even they were closed that day. I was really amazed and thankful for that. It also helped us a lot because of her school time and we did not have to make trip to their other location. Also one time they accidentally overcharged us. We did not even know about it but they noticed it themselves and gave us the credit back before we called them or asked anything. Nowadays you don’t see this often. Usually you have to notice yourself and call to get your money back. I really appreciate that they were honest and took care of it without us even asking.
