“Everything was 10/10!!! The moment we walked in the customer service was overflowing. Greeted, filled out paperwork, and in the back in the 1st 15/20mins (no long waits here). Free consultation consisted of some pics, going over the treatment plan, and price. I was then given the option to have my daughter get her braces today as well, which we did. Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming but it was Cameron and Dr. B why I honestly proceeded today. Their personalities were warm, welcoming, very down to earth, and genuine. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured, and there no awkward feeling in the air. Yes, the total price, down payment, and payment plan played there part but its so hard to find great chairside manners these days and AG Orthodontic staff knocked it out the box today for me.
