“WOW! What a great experience! Called Monday morning with questions about Invisalign. Gabriella was very cheerful and answered all my questions. I asked to schedule an appointment for a free consultation and was offered an appointment that afternoon. Shortly after scheduling, I received a call from Jahna, who coordinates treatment. I learned more from her about how it all works. She was very friendly and helpful. Arrived at my appointment, was greeted and checked in. I waited less than five minutes to be greeted by another very friendly lady who took me to do comprehensive photos and x-rays. All much different than getting braces as an adult 30 years ago–high-tech for sure!! Next I met with Jahna who went through every detail including treatment plan, cost, and available options. I decided to move forward, and next met Dr. Yessa (yet ANOTHER cheerful, friendly person). She answered my questions and did a final exam to confirm details for treatment. I left with my treatment initiated and an appointment in early September to get my Invisalign in place. SMILE DOCTORS – JANESVILLE is awesome! They are extremely friendly and have this whole process so efficiently coordinated!! They’re flexible in every way they can be to accommodate the patient’s needs physically, in scheduling, financially, etc. I am completely impressed!!
