I believe you can have good service for one child but when you have multiple children go through a practice, you really get to know the staff and see a consistency in the quality of care (not not). My daughter had braces through Burke, my husband did Invisalign, my son will be starting Invisalign, and I have also been a patient myself. The fact that we continue choosing Burke for our entire family says a lot. Most recently, after having some difficulties with Invisalign, I decided to try traditional braces. Within a week, I realized braces simply weren’t going to work for me and asked to return to Invisalign. They were very accommodating when I needed to make changes to my schedule, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, they got started right away and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
