The girl that answered the phone was so condescending and argued with me the entire time. First she kept going on about how the appointment I booked online was for a consultation, I told her that there was no place for a note or anything and it didn’t get me any options. It also said nothing about a consultation when I booked it. She talked to me like I was a complete idiot. I finally said can you help me with my retainer or not? Then she proceeded to talk about the price like she was trying to talk me out of it and then told me I could just get them removed. I told her I don’t want it removed I want it fixed. Then she said that she couldn’t get me in until next week. So I’m just supposed to be in pain until then? She recommended I try clipping it myself, are you serious? If it weren’t for your rude staff I would be more than glad to wait until next week but you will never get my business or any money from me again.”

“My daughter had tooth extraction appointment on Monday and she needed to take her wire off on same day before extraction. They made special exception for us and let us come to Franklin location even they were closed that day. I was really amazed and thankful for that. It also helped us a lot because of her school time and we did not have to make trip to their other location. Also one time they accidentally overcharged us. We did not even know about it but they noticed it themselves and gave us the credit back before we called them or asked anything. Nowadays you don’t see this often. Usually you have to notice yourself and call to get your money back. I really appreciate that they were honest and took care of it without us even asking. We are very happy with them and really appreciate all the staff and how they take care of their patients.”
