“2 kids over 8 years and it has always been a great experience. Both of my kids had problematic issues. Currently my youngest is getting out of one set of upper braces and waiting on her next. Normal retainers are not working for her. Dr. Tripp has had to think outside the box. He calls personally to go over treatment plans and encourages questions. Anytime I ask something he always says “That’s a great question!”. As busy as he is I am betting not of them are but he still makes sure I feel comfortable and understand the plan moving forward. His staff are all friendly, respectful, and helpful. Dealing with young ones and teens they have created a safe and welcoming environment. Considering the $ of orthodontist they are fair priced. They don’t have hidden cost everything is upfront and simple. The plans they offer are easy and straightforward. I can go on about the Rock Hill office with the years I’ve been with them, they really do a great job and set the bar. When my oldest was 13 she wanted to go because her friend went to them.
