“I truly cannot say enough good things about Burke Orthodontics and the way they have cared for my entire family. My daughter had braces through Burke, my husband did Invisalign, my son will be starting Invisalign, and I have also been a patient myself. The fact that we continue choosing Burke for our entire family says a lot. Most recently, after having some difficulties with Invisalign, I decided to try traditional braces. Within a week, I realized braces simply weren’t going to work for me and asked to return to Invisalign. I was honestly a little embarrassed, but not once did anyone make me feel difficult, crazy, or like I was a burden. They listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and made me feel completely supported. I especially want to recognize Brent. He was incredibly respectful, understanding, and genuinely listened to what I was experiencing. We primarily visit the Huber Heights office, but I’ve also been to Centerville, and both locations have always been clean, welcoming, and wonderful. It’s easy to recommend a practice when everything goes perfectly, but I think you really see the quality of a practice in how they treat you when things don’t go according to plan. “My daughter had tooth extraction appointment on Monday and she needed to take her wire off on same day before extraction. They made special exception for us and let us come to Franklin location even they were closed that day. I was really amazed and thankful for that. It also helped us a lot because of her school time and we did not have to make trip to their other location. Also one time they accidentally overcharged us. We did not even know about it but they noticed it themselves and gave us the credit back before we called them or asked anything. Nowadays you don’t see this often. Usually you have to notice yourself and call to get your money back. I really appreciate that they were honest and took care of it without us even asking. We are very happy with them and really appreciate all the staff and how they take care of their patients.”
