"Very happy with my results. On my last visit, fitted with my retainer the assistant was wonderful. Took his time, explained everything clearly. I did feel the doctor doing finishing touches rushed through with me. A few times he squirted water in my mouth which was too strong and ended up splashing in my face…. No apology. Very little interaction and communication with me. The assistants were wonderful!"
