Dr. Arnand Patel grew up in Hutchinson, Kansas, and moved to Amarillo, Texas, as a teenager. After high school, he stayed in the Lone Star State to pursue his education. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Texas before heading to Dallas to attend Baylor College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Finally, he wrapped things up by completing his orthodontic residency and getting his master’s degree in orthodontics from the University of Oklahoma. Being the go-getter he is, Dr. Patel received numerous awards for academic excellence throughout his schooling.

While doing his specialty training in Tulsa, Dr. Patel really felt at home in the area. So, after practicing for two years in Dallas, he decided to return and put down roots. He’s been in private practice as a Claremore and Tulsa, Oklahoma, orthodontist since 2001. At The Brace Place, he’s able to fulfill his mission of offering patients the most comprehensive, advanced treatments available to help them achieve confident, beautiful smiles quickly, comfortably, and effectively. He keeps his clinical skills fresh and stays on top of the newest orthodontic techniques through his dedication to continuing education.

Dr. Patel is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Tulsa County Dental Society, and Rogers County Dental Society. He’s been the president of the Rogers County Dental Society since 2004.

When Dr. Patel isn’t caring for his patients or heading up dental societies, he can usually be found spending time with his wife, Swati, and their two boys, Aiden and Asher. He’s also a big fan of golfing, listening to music, and watching college football.
