“This 5 star was definitely earned. Shana impressed me & far exceeded any expectations I could have had. We met in person a couple weeks ago for a consultation. She informed me of a promotion and the deadline. Well, the deadline approached much faster than I anticipated and I didn’t get to their office in time. Guess what?!?!? That didn’t slow Shana down a single bit. Not only did she work on the weekend for me – SHE WORKED ON THE EASTER HOLIDAY WEEKED BECAUSE OF ME!!! And she was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her professionalism is exceptional. She goes above and beyond to be helpful, thorough, polite, caring, & sincerely tries to accommodate your requests. I can’t thank Shana enough for how amazing she treated me during all the chaos from the holiday weekend. AND, even tho I didn’t even sign up – she didn’t hold it against me, she continued to be polite, respectful, & professional. That’s legit ROCK STAR LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will ONLY deal with this orthodontist when we decide to get braces for our son. They’re all fantastic here. I will highly recommend them to everyone in need of an orthodontist.”

“10 out of 10 I recommend! I’m a few weeks away from completing my journey and I can honestly say I am so happy I chose this location. From making my first appointment over the phone the staff was amazing and answered all of my questions. On my very first appointment, I felt the love from all the staff! They made me feel like a celebrity with my name on the board when I walked in, which I loved. I was very nervous because I couldn’t decide what I wanted to do and at the time I didn’t think I could afford to change my smile. But Bianca made sure I was able to afford the payments not only that, but she has been a true gem through this whole process. With her continuous support, She is a great asset to the company. Coming in I thought I was gonna be pressured how they pressure you to buy a timeshare, but this experience was not like that at all. She heard all of my concerns and didn’t put any pressure on me at all to make the decision that was best for my situation at the time. She truly cares for her patients and her coworkers. “We love this office!! We have been patients for almost 4 years, one daughter needed a retainer to correct her crossbite and another daughter who needed Invisalign. Dr. Lanzetta has created a family culture where everyone is treated well and with kindness. I feel like they have always been upfront with costs, visits, care plans, etc. Most importantly to us, they have created a safe environment for our children. Our youngest daughter was 6 when her pediatrician recommended being seen because of her crossbite. Dr. Lanzetta and his crew did everything they could to make her feel comfortable!!
