“I recently had a consultation at this orthodontist office, and overall it was a very positive experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in, which made me feel comfortable right away. During my visit, they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or unsure about anything. The only thing I wish had been included was a demonstration on how to properly brush and care for my teeth while wearing braces. As someone preparing for this process, that guidance would have been really helpful. Aside from that, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this orthodontist office to anyone considering braces. Their professionalism and customer care really stood out. After getting home and reading through the folder that was provided to me the office did have a QR code for me to scan to view a video on how to properly care for my teeth.
