"Fantastic. 10 stars. Honestly if I could give more stars I absolutely would. Coming from a dentistry background.. And having a standard expectation for my own patients.. I tend to look a little bit more closely at how an office treats their patients. From the very 1st phone call with Shelby,. I could already tell that this office made it a priority to treat their patience with the utmost Respect and courtesy. She answered each And every 1 of my questions without making me feel rushed or as if I was taking up her time. Upon entering the office, the staff was incredibly kind and accepting of kids being kids :) they have games and coloring pages, a beverage bar and several other pieces of entertainment. The clinicians are so patient with the kids and fun! Shelby explained the treatment, finances, and options so professionally and realistically. Leaving no further question on my end. It helps that I have the background, but even if I didn't.. I would've had no questions. She is very kind and exceptionally great with the kids asking their questions! Dr. Allen came in, shook hands, and made us feel like a friend rather than a patient, all pf our wuestions were already answered so it was more a conversation. . But in that, you could see the level of appreciation he has for his staff and his patients. We are very excited to continue our ortho care here and can't wait to see everyone again! Thanks everyone!"
