“I have been receiving treatment from this establishment since February 2023. On 2 separate occasions I did not feel like a valued patient/customer. On my most recent visit the staff member who started on my teeth told me she needed the doctor to check her work before she continued. I waited 15 minutes for the doctor appear all while my mouth was open with a contraption in my mouth and a suction tube. When the doctor appeared there was no greeting or apology for the wait. After he did what he needed to do then he was all cheery stating teeth were in great condition. The previous occasion there was a long wait for the doctor and no greeting. As my mother would say “Doesn’t have good bedside manners”. I’m considering continuing treatment at the office in Fort Mill. Update 2024- Well I haven’t gone to the Fort Mill practice. Since my initial post, I’ve noticed an improvement in there not being a long wait from the doctor and being greeted and cared for by the doctor. There was even a time when honestly I was very late for my appointment. They were short staff but they still fitted me in and gave me a tune up. I was very appreciative of this. At first I thought the improvement was because of my original review but 6 months later I received a response from the owner. Maybe my previous experience were isolated incidents. Time will tell. I plan to give a final review when my treatment is done.”

“I have been a patient of Dr. Leitner since 2006. I received high quality treatment, service, and to top that my smile was amazing! I was irresponsible over the years and didn’t wear my top clear retainer like I was supposed to and I have had a few teeth shift – my bottom teeth haven’t moved the permanent retainer on them kept them in line.
