The front desk staff was so kind and pleasant. The hygienist who did my intake was very personable and sweet. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and explained every step of the process. The orthodontist I saw was very transparent, knowledgeable, and informative. And last but certainly not least, the scheduler/biller(?) was amazing. She worked with my crazy schedule to find a time that works for me, and made sure that I fully understood what costs I would incur regarding my treatment.
