Dr. Kavita Nayar brings a global perspective to orthodontic care, shaped by years of education, training, and clinical experience across three countries. Her commitment to lifelong learning and personalized care allows her to create thoughtful treatment plans that help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Nayar began her dental education in India, where she completed both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in dentistry. She was later awarded a scholarship to study and train in Glasgow, Scotland, where she expanded her clinical expertise and earned the Fellowship in Dental Surgery (FDS RCPS) from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. After obtaining licensure to practice in the United Kingdom, she spent several years providing patient-centered, evidence-based care before relocating to North America.

She continued her advanced training by completing her orthodontic residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her education and international experience fostered a passion for interdisciplinary care, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based orthodontics, principles that continue to guide her approach to patient care.

Outside the office, Dr. Nayar enjoys traveling, photography, gardening, and spending time outdoors, especially paddle boarding. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, Oreo and Enzo. Her diverse experiences and compassionate approach allow her to connect with patients from all backgrounds while delivering personalized orthodontic care.
