Meet Our Orthodontists in Knoxville – Schubert
Dr. Stella Kim is from Knoxville, TN and received a doctorate of dental surgery from University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, where she studied orthodontics.
In addition, Dr. Kim is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, member of American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, and Southern Association of Orthodontists. Dr Kim is bilingual, and part of the Spanish-speaking team.
Dr. Kim is also a former United States Air Force Dentist and Rotary Club member.
Edgmon earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. A few years later, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Master of Science in Orthodontics, and Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. He is a proud member of several organizations including a lifetime member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists. In his free time, Edgmon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. He is an accomplished triathlete and has competed in Ironman competitions. Edgmon believes every day is a great day to improve the lives of our community.

“Had to do a review for the amazing work they’ve done for me! I had a pretty severe open bite, and they made me feel so comfortable when I came in for a consult. I just finished my last trays of Invisalign and received my retainer and I can’t believe the change!! I can finally eat comfortably and feel SOO good about my teeth and smile now!!! Other places also wanted to pull 3 of my teeth, smile doctors wanted to keep them all and expand out and made a larger space for an implant I’m going to get later on for a missing tooth. SO happy I went with this treatment and the difference!!
