Meet Our Orthodontists in North Canton
After graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in biology, Dr. Sam Wise attended the College of Dentistry at the same institution. There, he graduated Summa Cum Laude at the top of his class and earned the Callahan Award—the highest honor presented by the college.
After dental school, Dr. Wise served three years as a captain in the Dental Corps of the United States Air Force where he was hand selected to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. He practiced the last years of his Air Force career at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware, where he was recognized by the Air Force and Army for meritorious service. He later received his master’s degree and orthodontic certificate at the University of Detroit Mercy.
Every day, Dr. Wise gives 110% to his patients and practice, and passionately pursues the newest innovations in orthodontics to better serve them both. He is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and is proud to be affiliated with the AAO, ADA, Ohio Dental Association, Stark County Dental Society, and the Cleveland Society of Orthodontics. Dr. Wise is also a part of the teaching faculty at Mercy Hospital’s General Practice Residency program, serves on the Akron Children’s Hospital Emerging Leaders board, and is published in multiple orthodontic journals.
Dr. Wise lives in Jackson Township with his wife Amanda and his daughters Sydney and Abby. He enjoys time with family and friends, golfing, and most anything outdoors.

Dr. Solanki is a graduate of Jackson High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She went on to complete her dental degree (DMD) at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then completed her orthodontic training at the University of Pittsburgh (MDS) at the top of her class.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr Solanki enjoys a vibrant personal life. She is a passionate supporter of Ohio State Football and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Steeler’s fans please keep it down to a soft roar! In her free time, Dr. Solanki loves playing basketball, participating in fantasy football, and spending time with her nieces and nephews, valuing these moments as the cornerstone of a balanced and fulfilling life.
