“They have an online rewards program for patients which allows the kids to earn points through visits and other tasks… example: wearing the Baum Braces shirt they are given. The points can in turn be redeemed for gift cards. They really to promote oral care while making the whole experience seamless and painless for both me and my little girl!h They also have an SOS box on site available for patient, that is stocked with supplies (example: wax for the end of the wire if it comes loose from the braces). This is a great thing to have god forbid you can’t get to a 24 hour pharmacy. They truly think of EVERYTHING! They print out little passes for the kids to hand in to school so their absence/tardy can be verified/excused in event of an appointment. It has the date and time of appointment as well as the departure time. Bottom line, I am so glad I chose them to put my daughter’s smile in their hands. Thank you Baum Braces!”
