"UPDATED POST- I had a follow up appointment & this company definitely strives for excellence! They exceeded my expectations to resolve my concerns. My initial consultation was wonderful. Everyone was welcoming & friendly. Once I called to schedule my appointment to have the braces put on there came a few hiccups with communication. I scheduled my appointment for one time & a few days before the appointment I received emails for several other times that didn’t match. I asked about the time change & no response from Brandy or Alexandria. I had been chatting with them earlier. I contemplated canceling the appointment & finding another office with better communication. The following morning, Audrey replied explaining what happened. Audrey is the reason that I followed through with the appointment. I was running 5 mins late & the receptionist called while I was on the elevator. Once at the front desk she went on & on & on about how she had to call because they’re on a tight schedule etc. I had told her several times that I understood but she continued. They state 10 min grace period so there was absolutely zero need to go on about it the way that she did. I take customer service & communication serious especially when I’m going to pay thousands of dollars for a service from your business. Everyone seemed somewhat friendly the day of my appointment. Audrey & the girl that actually attached my braces were phenomenal with explaining things & friendliness. The orthodontist came over to adjust the braces but he never introduced himself to me so I have no idea who was working on my teeth."

Dr. Gabriel Valencia was born in Colombia and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, as a child. He later relocated to New York, where his journey toward a career in dentistry began to take shape. After earning his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, Dr. Gabe went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and complete his orthodontic specialty training at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
During his time at Buffalo, he developed advanced skills in creating beautiful, functional smiles tailored to each patient’s needs. Now back in North Carolina, Dr. Gabe feels deeply fulfilled caring for patients of all ages — right here in the community he first called home.
Outside the office, Dr. Gabe loves traveling the world, cooking, exploring hiking trails, rollerblading, and has recently gotten involved in weightlifting. Whether discovering new cuisines abroad, staying active, or enjoying the great outdoors close to home, he brings the same passion for exploration and connection that he shares with his patients every day.
