“Fishbein in Pace has provided our family’s orthodontic care for the past 4 years, starting with my daughter’s braces and most recently, my own. My daughter’s smile is beautiful and she won’t need the phase II treatment, woohoo! I began with Invisalign and switched to braces about one year in when I realized I didn’t have the discipline to wear the aligners consistently. Dr. Howell empathetically agreed to switch me over and a year and change later – I am pleased with my results. I had a tough case, so my teeth will never be “perfect,” but they are much better than before thus I am happy. And now they’re even more aesthetically pleasing after completing ZOOM whitening today, which was complimentary with my treatment plan. Both my daughter and I were always cared for with patience and kindness in their office; our questions about the treatment as well as the finance/insurance side were answered in detail, and we never felt as if we were being rushed through, despite the busyness of their office. And any time I called, my concerns were thoroughly addressed. Our final orthodontics patient, my 8yo son, will be the next Fishbein “graduate” once he gets a few more adult teeth.
