“Paschal Orthodontics in Madison is one of the most well run offices I have ever had the pleasure of working with…I am in healthcare marketing and have seen it all! From the minute you open the door to walk in you are greeted by name and with a smile. The refreshment area is a favorite of my boys and usually the first stop for hot chocolate in the winter or an ice cold drink in the summer. A quick stop off to brush their teeth and they are usually back in the chair in no time. Everything is always explained so well to both parent and child and they are always happy to answer any questions we have. I have never felt rushed in any way. I LOVE the sliding scale visual when looking at cost before committing to anything. I’ve never felt pressured in any way and always feel like we just went to visit a bunch of friends with a special interest in my children’s teeth…and Miranda is absolutely amazing and what she does.
