Meet Our Orthodontists in Longview
Dr. Mark Ziggy Vrana is a dedicated orthodontist servicing our Longview, Marshall, and Mount Pleasant locations in East Texas. He is passionate about creating beautiful smiles for his patients, and truly loves seeing all the ways his patients’ incredible transformations impact their confidence and self-esteem.
Dr. Vrana was born in Chicago and raised in Hungary. He attended Tufts University in Medford, MA for his undergraduate studies, where he also played varsity college basketball. He then attended the College of Dental Medicine at Columbia University in NY and was awarded Divisional Excellence in Foundational Sciences, Henry Chang Jr. Memorial Scholarship, OKU National Dental Society, and the Highest Academic Achievement award. His orthodontic residency took place at the Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, and he is now an American Board of Orthodontics board-certified orthodontist.
Outside the clinic, he loves to read, work out, and travel. He is also a Dallas Mavericks fan and an avid golfer. A fun fact about Dr. Vrana is that he has traveled to 4 continents in 6 months. Dr. Vrana is excited to give back to the community after all the years of training.
