Dr. Kolin E. Weaver earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Arkansas State University. He then attended West Virginia University, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating with the highest honors and induction into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. It was there that he completed his orthodontic residency, earning an orthodontic specialty certificate and a Master of Science degree in biology. He trained and practiced the unique diagnostic and treatment philosophy of the Six Elements of Orofacial Harmony that incorporates dental and facial treatment planning practices that optimize dental and facial esthetics.

Dr. Weaver is committed to maintaining his education and staying current with the latest advancements in his field. For this reason, he is a member of numerous professional organizations and completes far more continuing education than the required amount.

What led Dr. Weaver to become an orthodontist was his interest in both science and artistry. In orthodontics, it’s a unique blend of the two that isn’t just about aligning teeth — it’s about creating healthy, confident smiles that are life-changing. He is passionate about his work and loves building long-term relationships with his patients. He loves watching their confidence grow and seeing the transformation, both physically and emotionally, is incredibly rewarding for him.

Dr. Weaver is married to his wife, Ashlyn, and they have three wonderful children. When he’s not working, he enjoys working out, spending time with family, traveling, and attending ASU and WVU sporting events. He believes in making the most of every day and sharing the fun with others whenever possible.
