Meet Our Orthodontists in Ft. Walton Beach
Dr. Charlie completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where he was part of the Honors Program. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. There, he served as Class President and received the International College of Dentists Award, the American College of Dentists Award, and induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
He also completed his orthodontic specialty training and earned a master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. During his residency, he was further recognized with induction into the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.
Dr. Charlie comes from a large, close-knit military family that has played a central role in shaping who he is. His oldest brother, who was born with Down Syndrome, has had a profound impact on his outlook, teaching him the importance of compassion, patience, and the beauty of uplifting those around him.
He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists. Outside work, Dr. Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife, going to the beach, playing pickup basketball, and traveling.

“This place is amazing. 10/10 would recommend. The staff is great the place is clean and my son has a beautiful smile. He went from over crowded and an overbite to a bright straight smile. Of course his insurance wouldn’t cover it but Fishbein had affordable payment options and he was able to get the work don’t while I made payments. I loved the fact I didn’t have to pay the whole amount all at once which as a single mom was a blessing. I have attached a before and after. You can clearly tell they know what they are doing. The first picture is the day he got them on and the second picture is the day he got them off. If my youngest needs braces when he gets older I know where I’m going 😊”
