"Best Option!!! And highly recommend. I was previously at Academy kids dental and I had the worst experience. I changed during my kids braces. And I am glad I did. They are amazing from the front desk to the back!!! In and out!! Never any issues. I get explained to the billing- when needed. The procedure all the time. The step by step so I won't be left out. Karina works great and is amazing with my son. She makes him feel comfortable and safe, he is relaxed and she gives him great encouragement when he has to lay there, she has great patience with him. I feel comfortable here and the atmosphere is great! It's great when you aren't bunched together and no seats like other place I have been to where you have to sit or stand for away. I love how it's divided up and able to talk to them and sit and watch. Since we have been here I feel like they know us because my son just walks in and they greet him by his name. His procedure and journey is a love one but its been the best journey here. Highly recommend...why? Because they are great! Great customer service! Able to get good appointment time and date. As a single working mother it helps me. All the staff are great! I love have they explain things, honestly when they dummy it down for me to help me understand. Willing to work with you! Willing to understand when things happen. Like when he broke his wire, I didn't feel judge as a mother. The list goes on...so definitely come here The overall experience is why I will continue to come! Bc my sons journey is a long one, they are helping with his tongue which no other place was helpful at all. He has he open bite and they are so helpful to help before he gets older. Also I love the free fun days at the zoo and the last time at the one place..Air 360! It was fun and happy they have things like that Thank you! K.J.P family"
