“Truth be told, I initially chose O’Leary Orthodontics because their staff pictures on Google looked very friendly and I am terrified of anything medical, teeth or otherwise. From the moment I walked into the doors at O’Leary Orthodontics, I felt I was in a safe, caring environment. For new patients, they had a sign as you walk in with a welcome and your name on it. All the staff I came in contact with (as well as Dr. O’Leary) were warm and friendly. The day before my appointment, I had received a courtesy call from Amy to introduce herself, and explain what they’d be doing. On the voicemail, she also restated the concerns I’d asked to address when I made the initial appointment with the staff at the front office, which was such a green flag for me, knowing they were prepared for my questions and concerns. The entire appointment went smoothly and they were very thorough and were willing to work with what I was needing. At the end of my visit they took the time to call and refer me to the Chapin Dental Associates across the street as I was looking for a new dentist for my regular cleanings. Overall I am very pleased and I look forward to be a patient in O’Leary’s practice!”
