My Story

I love my job! That’s why I have been practicing orthodontics since beginning my first practice in Boone, NC in 1975. I relocated to the High Point area in 1988, where I love working with our fun and enthusiastic team members. I especially enjoy coming to work to see our amazing patients every day! I believe that a smile changes everything and love to see the difference we make in each of our patients’ lives.

My Training and Continuing Education

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I continued at the UNC School of Dentistry for my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. I then received my certificate in orthodontics from Emory University.

Over the years, I have spent hundreds of hours continuing my education through annual meetings, workshops, and courses. My years of clinical experience and commitment to excellence enable me to treat all types of orthodontic cases, from simple crowding to the most complex surgical issues. A member of some of the nation’s most prestigious orthodontic study clubs, I am honored to be recognized as an expert in my field.

My Family Life

I married my wife Carolyn in 1978. We live on a small farm in Davidson County, NC with our golden retriever, Ruby, our rooster, Jasper, and 6 hens. We have four grown children — Chad, Ryan, Jess, and Zach — and are thoroughly enjoying being grandparents to our 8 beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my “rowdy” family, woodworking, and golfing. You could also consider me a movie buff!

With a strong foundation in science, leadership, and service, Dr. Tiffani Knight-Lynch brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to orthodontic care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, summa cum laude, from Howard University before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with honors at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She returned to Howard University College of Dentistry for her orthodontic specialty training, where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Knight-Lynch is committed to providing personalized care and creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey. Her academic and professional experiences have shaped her dedication to excellence, leadership, and meaningful patient relationships.

A proud Barbadian, Dr. Knight-Lynch values community, connection, and spending time with those around her. Outside the office, she enjoys playing the violin, a lifelong passion that led her to serve as Concert Mistress of the Howard University Symphony Orchestra. She also enjoys Lagree fitness, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
