“I visited the Ankeny office on 6/18/24 with my 17 year old daughter who has never worn braces. She was extremely nervous due to her anxiety, sensory processing issues, having autism, ADHD, Tourettes and other things, just the thought of getting braces was very anxiety producing. We were immediately put at ease by the staff, technicians, and everyone else who worked in the office. I have to say this office has the most welcoming and kind group of employees I’ve ever encountered! There were snacks and busy bags available. The employees all seemed to work well together as a cohesive group that actually liked one another. It is an open floor plan concept, which for those with sensory or other issues for treatment is not ideal. We were assured they had a private treatment room for those that need it, which was very reassuring. My only complaint was the waiting room chairs. We ended up waiting for around an hour and for someone with a severe and chronic pain condition the chairs were so unbearable that after an hour I had to sort on the floor which was embarrassing. Other than the waiting room chairs is give them an A+”
