SMS Texting Policy

Smile Doctors LLC (“Smile Doctors”, “us” or “our”) send automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages to customers who have opted in to our Text Messaging Program. Participation in the Text Messaging Program is not required.
The following terms and conditions apply to Smile Doctors’ Text Messaging Program:
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to receive text messages through the Text Messaging Program. You must also be a U.S. resident.
Content
SMS messages sent as part of Smile Doctors’ Text Messaging Program will be used for, among other things, transmitting information regarding recommendations, marketing, promotional, and/or advertising content about products and services that may interest you.
Consent
By providing your mobile telephone number(s) to Smile Doctors, and/or any third-party agency acting on our behalf, you opt-in and agree that Smile Doctors may communicate with you at such number(s) through SMS text messages, including marketing, promotional, and/or advertising messages generated by an automatic telephone dialing system even if the mobile telephone number(s) is listed on any federal or state do-not-call list. By providing your mobile telephone number(s), you represent and warrant that you are the subscriber for the telephone number(s) provided and you possess the phone(s) associated with such numbers.
By opting in, you accept and agree to be bound by Smile Doctors’ Privacy Policy https://smiledoctors.com/privacy-policy/, and you consent to the processing of your personal information as set forth in those policies.
Frequency
Frequency of text messages may vary per user and depending on subject matter.
Charges
Smile Doctors does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS text messages, but standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile service carrier’s pricing plan to determine the charges associated with sending and receiving text messages.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of the Text Messaging Program at any time by replying “STOP” to any message sent via the Text Messaging Program. If you do so, you will receive a confirmation message from Smile Doctors and no further text messages will be sent to you from Smile Doctors, unless you re-subscribe to the Text Messaging Program. To re-subscribe to the Text Messaging Program, text “START” to any message sent via the Text Messaging Program.
Carriers
The Text Messaging Program may not be available on all wireless carriers. Mobile access and text message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. Such access and delivery is not guaranteed. neither mobile carriers nor Smile Doctors is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
