Meet Our Orthodontists in Dewitt
Dr. Ed Grubaugh is a native of the Lansing area. He grew up on a farm just north of DeWitt. His desire to become an orthodontist was inspired by his orthodontic treatment at age 12.
Dr. Grubaugh majored in chemistry at Michigan State University.
In dental school, Dr. Grubaugh graduated at the top of his class and was elected into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Grubaugh attended the Ohio State University to specialize in orthodontics while receiving a Master’s of Science in Oral Biology.
Dr. Grubaugh is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. His research interests include digital orthodontic imaging and how technology can make orthodontic treatment more efficient. A leading orthodontic journal recently published some of his research. In addition to his full-time practice, Dr. Grubaugh teaches at Ohio State University as a Clinical Assistant Professor.
Dr. Grubaugh, a sports fan, wishes success to the athletic programs at all of the universities he attended, however, his loyalty will always be to Michigan State University.
