My son only had his braces on for 13 months, and part of the reason we had to wait a little longer was simply because we were waiting for some of his teeth to come in. Throughout the entire process, the whole team has been amazing to work with. One thing that really stood out to us was how accommodating and flexible they were. Even when our regular office didn’t have an appointment available, they gave us options to visit one of their other locations. No matter which office we went to, we were always greeted by friendly, helpful, and professional staff who made us feel comfortable. Everyone has been so patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout my son’s orthodontic journey. We truly appreciate the care they provided and how smoothly they made the entire process for both my son and our family.
