Learn More About Our Protocols

Dental Monitoring

We understand each patient will have different levels of comfort in dealing with the safety standards required during the COVID-19 crisis.  In addition to in-office visits, we offer remote dental monitoring.

Virtual Consultations

We are here for you in any capacity you find most comfortable. Health and safety is our priority, and we are now offering virtual consultations for new patients.

In-Office Appointments

Intake & Health Check Process

Health Check

Team Members, Doctors, and all in-office visitors will be asked to comply with a health check to ensure safety.

Stay In Car

To improve social distancing, we’re offering Parents the choice to stay in their car while we treat their child. If they prefer, they may enter the clinic, provided they comply with our health check and mask wearing policy.

Masks Required

Masks are required for everyone in the practice, including team members and parents. Patients are asked to wear a mask as well, except during treatment.

Temperature Check

Prior to entry, a temperature check will be administered along with a series of basic health check questions.

Providing a Safe and Clean Environment

Hourly Sanitation

Our Team Members continue to diligently maintain a sterile office, following Universal Safety Precautions for Infection Control and sanitizing our common area spaces hourly.

Face Shields

Team Members with direct patient contact during aerosol-generating procedures are required to wear reusable face shields in addition to standard face masks.

Staggered Appts

Patients will be spaced out in treatment chairs and our reception area will be rearranged, where possible, to ensure 6+ foot distance.

Social Distancing

Only one Team Member or Doctor interacting with each individual patient at a time. Our treatment area will be restricted to patients only (if agreed upon by responsible party).
